JMB FX Studio is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Ten minutes from the Warner Brothers Studios.

Specializing in Prosthetics, Special Make-Up Effects, Creatures, Realistic Animals and Animatronic characters. Jason Baird the companies director has been freelancing in the industry for the past 14 years, setting up JMB FX Productions in 1994 and going on to establish JMB FX Studios Pty Ltd in 1999.

JMB FX Studio is pleased to announce the launch of their new Pro Class Workshops. These classes are specifically designed for first time students and makeup artists looking for an advancement in their career.
Having worked on high budget movies such as Star Wars ep2, The Matrix Trilogy, House of Wax and The Pacific TV miniseries,
Director Jason Baird will be offering key lessons and sharing valuable inside knowledge along with guest speakers from the film industry.
